EPIK International successfully created and implemented an integrated management system in accordance with following standards:
PMBOK includes proven traditional practices that are widely applied as well as innovative practices that are emerging in the profession. Although PMBOK is more of a Guideline rather than a standard, Epik team strictly follows the PMBOK requirements to achieve successful outcome from the project management processes.
The ISO 9000 family of standards relate to quality management systems and are designed to help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders. The standards are published by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and available through National standards bodies.
ISO 9000 deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems, including the eight management principles on which the family of standards is based.
EPIK International’s Integrated Management System consists of the processes, procedures, business flows and forms that cover all aspects of the project management & construction industry starting from business development and covering all phases of the construction business. The 4-phase Construction Quality Control Plan assures that the quality of the actual construction work at the site meets and exceeds the requirements of the contract requirements.
Our primary objective in defining the Integrated Management System is to ensure the systematical and constant development of all activities and departments of Epik, keeping in mind the requests and needs of sector and clients in accordance with Corporate principles and operational goals.
Epik team believes in the fact that attaining an extensive development is only possible by the management system being open for suggestions and criticisms of all stakeholders.
