This design-build housing project consists of construction of a new 584 room barracks structure including related site work and selective relocations of and connections to existing site utility services.
The project also consists of upgrades to existing, recently completed, site infrastructure systems including the WWTP (waste water treatment plant) and the water supply system, and overhead protective cover for the existing Dining Facility.
A 100-meter communication tower was also added to the contract scope as a modification which was built only in 4 months.
