This contract was the first phase of the three phased program on the consulate compound, of which FEM JV had been awarded first two.

The design effort for the project was assigned to KCCT Architects, recognizing the successful efforts in the previous projects undertaken together with the FEM JV.

The project consisted of:

Anti-Ram Reinforced Concrete Perimeter Wall,
Stabilization of existing weak soil and replacement with structural materials
Construction of fully functional access control facilities
Installation of Technical Security Systems and traffic control & entrance vehicle barrier systems.
Prefabricated temporary housing units
