The project was for design and construction services for a New Office Annex for USAID (NOX) and Surface Parking using the design-build delivery method.

The NOX site was located on the existing 8 Ha U.S. Embassy Compound in Tbilisi, Georgia in the northern suburbs of Tbilisi, approximately 12 kilometers from the center of the city.

The NOX building is a Z shaped freestanding building of approximately 3,000 m2 in two floors including the Penthouse, located to the northwest of the existing Chancery and the ceremonial entrance court.

With the project management office located in Ankara, Turkey, the FEM JV utilized resources from Turkey, which made significant contributions in the successful completion of this project.
